Is a Maine native that completed his Residency at Maine Medical Center this past spring. Colbey first came to Pediatric Associates as a student. Now that he has graduated, Dr. Bowen is excited to be back at Pediatric Associates. He and his wife both enjoy volunteering in the community and traveling.
