Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, he attended the University of Pittsburgh. In 2010, he made the decision to enlist in the United States Navy and served his country until 2019. He retired as Lieutenant in the Medical Corps. Since then, he continued working at the Naval Health Clinic in Oak Harbor Washington as a Pediatrician. While there he was appointed to Director of Newborn Care and became a member of the Pediatric Advisory Board. He and his wife have recently moved to Maine to plant their roots. They are both looking forward to becoming long standing members of the Lewiston-Auburn community.
