Growing up as a Navy brat, Katie had the chance to see much of the US and Europe. She graduated from high school in Naples, Italy. She joined the Navy for medical school and served as a military pediatrician for eight years, then as a civilian working for the Navy. She has been caring for military families in Maryland, Virginia, California, Japan, and most recently in Spain. She enjoys training for triathlons and trying to keep up with her three kids. She loves being outdoors hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, or roasting s’mores. She and her husband are excited to settle in Lewiston-Auburn and become true Mainers.
