Dr. Rubin started as a General Pediatrician for 10 years but through extensive study and plenty of passion, he now specializes in Behavioral Pediatrics from the age of 12 months all the way through adolescence. He is adept at diagnosing Autism in infancy and beyond. He is also adept at diagnosing, managing and treating a wide variety of mental health disorders ranging from ADHD, anxiety and depression to Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Bipolar II, OCD, Tourette’s, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorders. He will soon add Fetal Alcohol Syndrome to this list.
His teenage son and chocolate Labrador are often by his side. He loves skiing and mountain biking in the Bethel area, running the beaches of Portland and Southern Maine and cooking/gardening.
